Why was my package returned to the sender?

If your package was returned, it is likely due to reasons such as:

- The courier being unable to contact you,

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address,

- Recipient refusal,

- The package not being picked up in time.

If you still need the package, please locate the order in your account, go to the package page, and contact the logistics provider to request a re-delivery.

If the logistics provider cannot re-deliver or you no longer need the package, you may request a refund 48 hours after the return tracking appears. If no refund is requested, we will automatically issue a refund once the warehouse/seller receives and confirms the returned package.
