What's Temu's policy on stolen goods?

Temu strictly prohibits the sale of stolen goods on the online marketplace. Any sellers that knowingly sell stolen goods on Temu face consequence including suspension or termination of the seller's account. If you suspect that a seller is or may be selling stolen goods, you may notify us by utilizing the "Report Issue" (desktop) / "Report" (App) mechanism available on every product detail page.
