Great for reducing the "belly". I am 60 years old and weigh 58 kg and 164 cm tall, but all the evil flab is concentrated on the abdomen and belly. I didn't follow the table, because if you want a containment bodysuit, it has to be tight. Unfortunately 😣 I am 82 years old but the S is perfect!

I didn't expect it, but it really holds the stomach area very well, and under the pants and dress, it's not noticeable at all. It also provides good support for the bra. I'll order another one in a nude color.
