PERFECT PRODUCT, IT ACTUALLY PRODUCES REAL HEAT AT 12V, BUT ATTENTION IS NEEDED WITH THE POWER CABLE. IT NEEDS A GOOD CONNECTION CABLE BECAUSE THIN CABLES CAN MELT. I TESTED IT, AND BOTH FANS WORK SLOWLY, AS THEY SHOULD. IT'S IDEAL FOR CARS WITHOUT HEATING, TAKING ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO WARM UP THE VEHICLE. BUT FOR THE PRICE, IT'S PERFECT. I RECOMMEND CONNECTING 2 OR 3 OF THESE IN PARALLEL TO CREATE A SAUNA-LIKE EFFECT.

Works just fine, I've ended up using a 240v ceramic heater via an inverter so I'm not actually currently using this so can't comment on longevity but it works and is as described
