Great product, well-sized. It fits into an authentic Seb pressure cooker of 4.5L, and you can put two of them in a 9L Seb pressure cooker at the same time. Ideal for steaming flans or making bain-marie dishes. The mold is suitable for holding 1L of milk plus 8 chicken eggs without any issues.Ideal for making flans. The maximum volume it can hold is 1.6L. So, with 1L of milk and 8 eggs (which make up 400ml), you get 1.4L. Perfect!
