I'm usually an XL, I took a risk buying a smaller size.
It still fits, but the bust is quite tight.
I'm a size 40 with a C-cup breast size.
I think it is true to size, an XL would have been perfect.
It's not elastic like spandex or polyester, it's made from a thicker fabric, low stretch.
No see through. Beautiful dress.
