What steps should I take if I am unable to use it properly?

1. In case the receiver fails to power on, attempt to charge it for over 30 minutes to confirm it has enough battery. 2. If the receiver powers on but the remote is unresponsive, please re-establish the connection: (1). Turn on the remote; select a channel CH1, CH2, or CH3. (2). Press the "vibration button" on the remote, and adjust the level using the "+" or "-" buttons, ensuring the level is above 0.

(3). Hold down the Power button on the Receiver for 3 seconds until you hear a sound similar to a bee, and the indicator light will start flashing; then, within 10 seconds after hearing the bee sound, quickly press the "vibration button". You will hear the bee sound again, indicating that the pairing was successful. (4). If you have 2 or 3 Receivers, simply select a different channel and follow the steps above to pair them. The remote control will only operate the corresponding receiver on the correct channel.
