Very comfortable shoes that fits well, with a good buckle strap length. They have a good grip. The material is more a felt like type that is easy to brush off as well as using a slightly damped piece of cloth. To maintain the shape I keep the paper that came inside of the shoes. When first unpacked, I left mine out to air as there was a slight smell of newness about them. Happy with my purchase
