Not bad in terms of vibration and sound, which is quite powerful. It's quite comfortable to wear and performs well in the woods. No electric shock, which is good for the dog and complies with regulations.

Quite okay to use... it basically works well, although I use this in a very limited way. My only 2 gripes are that 1) the buttons on the transmitter are too sensitive! So, If I have it around my neck, turned off, and inside a loose lightweight jacket, it can actually turn itself on... and it can easily trigger!
