Received my order and this item is exactly what I needed. I am very happy. It's good quality. It.holds exactly 1kg shelled pecan halves for which it was required. Received the parcel on 3 September which was 8 days earlier than Temu originally stated (31 Aug - 11 Sept). I was kept up to date with tracking all the way and could communicate with Fastway Couriers about the delivery once it was handed over to them by customs. Be aware that SARS charges import tax. This is not communicated by Temu but explained in detail by email and easily and quickly completed without problems. The total purchase price determines the tax amount. On my order of R1802.00 in total the tax was R167.00. Previous order of R341.00 was R88.00. Still a bargain since Temu's prices are very affordable. I paid no delivery for this order or the order prior to this about 2 months ago which was my very first nervous order. Unfortunately it seems to be the last free delivery because I have been adding new items to my basket today intending to put in a third order. It now displays a message of a minimum amount of R555 to be orderd to get free delivery. Free delivery does not seem to be unlimited. Therefore, I left the items in my basket to see if this changes. If a minimum purchase is policy, I might rethink future purchases. What a pity. All good things always come to an end, hey? I noticed that new products are not priced as reasonable as previously, although I could be mistaken. Will definitely keep an eye on this.
