I ordered this item for the holiday, but it arrived missing one piece! It's impossible to use without it! There should be 15 identical parts to assemble the arch, but my box only contains 14 pieces! I contacted customer support to request the missing part, but they said it's not possible to send it.The arch itself is of good quality, but the problem is that I can't assemble it due to a missing part. I would prefer not to return it, as it would take a lot of time and I might not make it in time for the holiday. Also, the company doesn't refund the taxes paid, which is 60% of the product's cost!If I initiate a return, I will be left without the arch for the holiday and lose my money! That means I will have neither the product nor my money back. This is the outcome of this order. If the seller could have sent me the missing part, we could have avoided these problems.
