I'm very pleased with this product; it's quite durable. I read in some reviews that it stains after use. It's normal for stainless steel products to stain, especially after frying. I've had it happen to other reputable stainless steel products, but I wash it with white vinegar and it's completely spotless. This product is quite good for the price, but I had to wait almost a month because it was shipped by ground freight.

Two stainless steel pans, each more beautiful than the other, with a stainless steel/glass lid perfectly suited to both pans, which naturally raises questions about the measurements. One pan is made of smooth stainless steel, while the inside of the other is engraved with a decorative pattern, making it very presentable and even decorative in its own right.
I haven't tried anything else except cooking a 100g frozen ground steak at 160°C, searing the meat for two minutes on each side, then at 140°C and 120°C for the remaining 7 to 8 minutes. The steak didn't stick to the grooved bottom at all, but it was also the first cooking attempt with the 2000W Yasher induction plate purchased just before, also from Temu. Everything is perfect, including the prices.

The pan looks high-quality and has a certain weight to it. The first cooking experience was excellent and enjoyable.
