What should I do if I can't use it normally?

1. If the receiver does not turn on, try charging it for more than 30 minutes to ensure it has sufficient power. 2. If the receiver can be turned on, but the remote control cannot control it, please pair it again: (1).Activate the remote control；Choose a channel CH1 or CH2 or CH3. (2). Press Remote control the "vibration button"，Adjust the level by pressing "+" or "-" button, make sure the levelabove 0.
