The NVME drive is legit. I used an EAGET NVME USB C adapter to test the drive before installing it into my laptop. The NVME drive reached 960MB/s for sequential reads and 935MB/s for sequential writes. The photo will show you all the results. I then tested for capacity with Validrive which passed 100% The final test was with H2Testw to test capacity and all sectors on the nand. I tested 1.5TB as I had already transferred and validated 300GB worth of files earlier. As you can see from the 2nd photo, it passed with zero errors. I would personally use a cooling pad for this drive as it does get toasty. I reported it reaching 68c after a long workload and that was only at 900MB/s. Online reports show 70c+ without cooling. It's expected with a PCIE 4 NVME drive but still, get some cooling for it. Either way, an easy 5 stars from me. If I remember, I will update with a picture of speeds when installed in my laptop. It will be running at PCIE 3 though as I already have a PCIE 4 drive installed. Edit: Cooling pad hasn't been necessary when used inside my laptop. it barely reaches 50C after extensive use and has been idling at 35C, so much cooler compared to the NVME adapter I was using. I've also added a new screenshot showing the drive running at 3000+MB/s when installed in a PCIE 3 slot.
