How can I cancel my order?

After signing in to your account, go to 'Your orders', find the order you want to cancel, and click 'Cancel items'. Based on the on-screen instructions, select the items you wish to cancel, the reason for cancelling them, and your preferred refund method. After you submit the cancellation request, the system will process your refund and send you an email once it's completed.

1. You can cancel items labeled 'Ships from Temu' or 'procured by Temu' as long as the order's shipping status is not 'Packed'.

2. You can cancel items labeled 'Ships from seller' or 'Ships from local warehouse' as long as the order's shipping status is not 'Shipped'. If you try to cancel the order more than 30 minutes after placing it, the seller may need to confirm whether the items in the order have already been packed or shipped. The final decision is made by the seller.

3. There's no need to worry if your order has started being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled. You can still make a return or refund request after the package is delivered.
