Temu | Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Temu, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy (this “Policy”).
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy
I. As a consumer located in Türkiye, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you may withdraw from your order at any time from the date the order is placed until the expiry of 14 days from the date of receipt of the items (or the last item, lot or piece if the order consists multiple items or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) by you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you (the “Statutory Withdrawal Period”) without providing any reasons and without incurring any penalty (the “Statutory Right of Withdrawal”).
II. To exercise your Statutory Right of Withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal request before the Statutory Withdrawal Period expires and return the item(s) within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal request is submitted to the return address provided.
III. Without any prejudice to your Statutory Right of Withdrawal, you may be eligible for a voluntary return window of up to 90 days from the date the relevant purchase order is placed (the "Voluntary Return Window"), during which you may return eligible items in accordance with this Policy and the applicable product detail pages (the "Voluntary Return Policy"). For avoidance of doubt, the Voluntary Return Window for some electronics may be limited to 15, 45, 60, or 90 days from the date the relevant purchase order is placed, as specified on the applicable product detail page.
IV. Please check this Policy for more information on how to exercise your Statutory Right of Withdrawal and return eligible items within the Voluntary Return Window.
2. How do I make a return?

You can make a return by following these steps:
I. Please go to your Temu account on Temu.com or on the app to request a refund. If you do not have a Temu account, please click on "Save your Order" in your Temu order email to make a return.
II. Find the relevant order in "Your Orders" and click on the "Return/Refund" button.
III. Select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return (if applicable). Depending on the reason you selected, you may be required to provide further information related to the order. After you provide the required information, click the “Next Step” button to proceed.
IV. If there is no need to return your items, then your final step is simply to select your refund method. You may choose to receive your refund as a Temu credit balance or be credited back via your original payment method, or any other means of payment you otherwise agree without any additional costs. Make your selection and click “Submit”.
V. If you need to return your items, you will have the option to choose your return and refund methods. After you submit your refund request, we or the seller will provide you with a return code/label so that you can return the items.
VI. Please place all returned items into one package. To ensure a smooth return and refund, we recommend that you use the return code/label we or the seller provided for the return shipment, except as provided in subparagraph (2) of this Section.
(1) If you use the return code/label we or the seller provided, please kindly note that:
The original barcode for each item must be included in the return package. If you cannot find it, please use transparent bags to separately package items without barcodes before placing them in the return package.
Please make sure to keep the barcode of each item in your next purchase and for your future return requests so that you can receive your refund smoothly.
After placing all the return items in one package, please print and tape the return label provided onto the outside of the package.
The return code/label provided is valid only if you are shipping within the Türkiye (excluding security-restricted areas such as military bases).
Drop off and send your package back from the nearest DHL eCommerce/ARAS location and you’re done!
(2) If the return code/label provided by us and the seller does not support your return item(s), including but not limited to any sensitive, oversized or overweight item(s), you may return such item(s) using any other logistics provider other than the one we or seller designated. Please provide correct and detailed shipping information (including but not limited to the return tracking number, name of courier and photo of the return label) within 14 days after you submit your return request on the return order details page so that we can follow up on your return and refund process after you have dropped off and sent the return package, otherwise the return process will be terminated.
VII. Please make sure your return package is postmarked within 14 days after you submit your return request, otherwise the return process will be terminated.
VIII. After the warehouse receives the items and they pass quality inspection, the refund will be promptly issued.
IX. You can check the refund status of your items on your order details page or through Temu's SMS/Email/Push notifications.
X. If you do not receive the refund afterwards, please contact us via Customer Service for further assistance.

3. Is the return shipping free?
I. With some exceptions set out in Section 5 hereunder, return shipping is free:
for returns made under the Statutory Right of Withdrawal; and
for your first return of one or multiple eligible items for EVERY purchase order after the Statutory Withdrawal Period has expired and within the Voluntary Return Window.
II. For your second and subsequent return made after the Statutory Withdrawal Period has expired and within the Voluntary Return Window, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the relevant goods, subject to Section 5 below.
III. For returns falling under the Statutory Right of Withdrawal or for your first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY purchase order after expiry of the Statutory Withdrawal Period and within the Voluntary Return Window, where you use other logistics provider other than the one we or the seller designated on the return code/label provided, you need to pay the shipping cost in advance. After the items have been returned to the warehouse and have passed quality inspection, you may request reimbursement of such relevant shipping fee by contacting us via Customer Service.
IV. For the second and subsequent return from the same purchase order after expiry of the Statutory Withdrawal Period and within the Voluntary Return Window, you may choose to use the return code/label we or the seller provide(s) and pay an 89,00 TL shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund, or you may return the item(s) through an alternative logistics provider at your own expense.
V. If you have already returned items for an order and would like to return additional items for that same order, you may still do so as long as the Voluntary Return Window has not expired under this Policy.
VI. If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Temu after expiry of the Statutory Withdrawal Period, we recommend that you try to send back your return items in one shipment to avoid paying additional fees.
4. Where can I find the return label after applying?
You can find your return label in two different locations in "Your Orders"
Click on "All Orders"→"Print your return label and start return"→click on "Print return label"
You may also click "Returns"→"Print return label"→to download and print your return label.

5. Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy
I. The same exceptions apply to both the Statutory Right of Withdrawal and the Voluntary Return Policy. You cannot withdraw your order for the following products:
products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose sealing was removed after delivery, including but not limited to underwear and clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed;
products manufactured to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, including but not limited to grocery, food plants and fresh flowers;
products whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of its seller;
books, digital content and computer consumables supplied in physical form, where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery;
movable properties and unmanned aerial vehicles that are required to be registered under the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 dated 13 October 1983;
products that are free gifts.
II. Sellers may indicate that certain items are eligible or not eligible for returns, subject to this Policy. Please check product detail pages for more information.
6. Refunds
I. You may receive an advanced refund, meaning that we will issue the refund after you dropped off your return package. If the items are not returned or the returned items do not pass quality inspection (the “Unqualified Items”), we may charge the price for such Unqualified Items via your original payment method. The advanced refund will be granted based on your shopping history and at our sole discretion, without any prejudice to your Statutory Right of Withdrawal.
II. For refunds of returned items, we will process your refund after the items have been received and have passed quality inspection in accordance with this Policy.
III. If the returned item has been used beyond its intended operation, or outside its technical specifications and usage instructions; or if it is damaged, incomplete, missing parts or accessories, or damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, and such condition is not attributable to Temu or the seller, the refund will be reduced to reflect the diminished value of the item.
IV. Refunds of missing items: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select “missing item or parts” to apply for a refund, or contact Customer Service or the seller for help.
V. Refunds request for a package marked as delivered but not received: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select “package shows delivered but not received” to apply for a refund, or contact Customer Service or the seller for help.
VI. All refunds of goods subject to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal, including their original shipping fees, if applicable, will be promptly processed from the day on which the seller is informed of the withdrawal request.
VII. For refunds of goods not subject to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal but returned within the Voluntary Return Window, the original shipping fee and import tax, if any, are not refundable if your return is not a result of Temu's or the seller's fault. The insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable. The sign on delivery fee, if any, is not refundable if the items have been delivered successfully.
VIII. Depending on your financial institution, some refunds may take more than 5 business days to be credited to your original payment account.
IX. All refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the one you used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to use another means of payment under your name, provided that this alternative means does not incur any costs for you.
X. You can choose to accept Temu credits instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds to Temu credits are faster than to your original payment method.
Temu credits have no expiration date.
Refunds to Temu credit cannot be reversed once they are processed.
Temu credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on Temu.

7. Refund timeline
Once the refund is processed, your financial institution will need additional time to have it reflected in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

8. Important Notice
I. The address attached to your package is NOT the return address you should use. You should send the return package to the address on the return code/label provided with your purchase. If you send the return package to any other address other than that indicated on the return code/label provided, the processing time for your return may be delayed.
II. Please make sure that only the Products that are intended to be returned are correctly included in your return shipment. If you have accidentally included any Erroneous Items (defined as below), please contact Customer Service. Neither Temu nor the seller shall bear any responsibility or liability for any items, materials, or property that are mistakenly, unintentionally, or improperly included in a return package (the “Erroneous Items”). Temu and the seller shall have no obligation to locate, store, safeguard, return, compensate, refund, or otherwise provide any remedy in relation to such Erroneous Items. You hereby irrevocably agree and authorize Temu and the seller to destroy or dispose any Erroneous Items.
III. Should any returned item violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights, or otherwise cause loss, cost, damage, liability, or reputational harm to Temu, the seller, or any third party, Temu and the seller reserve the right to refuse return acceptance, retain such items where legally permitted, and pursue any and all legal remedies, indemnities, damages, costs, or claims arising therefrom.
