Why my Temu Credit is suspended?

Your credit balance may be suspended due to one of the following reasons:

1. You are currently disputing the payment of an order, and the dispute is still being processed.

2. From a dispute, the financial institution has already refunded you the relevant amount. In this case, your credit balance will be temporarily frozen.

3. For security reasons, your credit balance may be temporarily suspended.
