I did need to attach the wheels only and was very easy to do. the stroller is light weight and very easy to load and unload into the vehicle. also it folds flat and it is a space saver. my diva girl "Mila" loves it. she is a toy Chihuahua and there is plenty of room for her to look out and around or play with a toy or stretch out to nap. it's smooth and turns nicely. I like all the different screens for her to be able to look around and for me to be able to see her as well. the pad it comes with is perfect. the basket on the bottom allows for extra storage for items. and the cup holders are a added benefit as well. I would most definitely recommend this item for anyone looking for a stroller for a small pet. I am no expert but I would say it is perfect size for a pet around 15 pounds or less. I think I will be placing an order for a second one for my other vehicle too. the price is right and the size is too. and I will mention that this was only one of a couple choices I found that shipped to the US. you won't be disappointed if you purchase.
