What if my refund amount is incorrect?

When items are refunded, the refund amount may not match the item's price. This may be due to the following reasons:

3. Sign on delivery fees (if applicable) are not refundable if the items have been delivered successfully.

4. If this is not the first time you have returned an order with this account, you will need to pay for return shipping. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
