Youth Protection Policy

Elementary Innovation Pte. Ltd. (the "Company") shall make its best efforts to protect youths.

The Company’s services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 14. Minors who are at least 14 but under 19 may use the services only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian, with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Nevertheless, the Company has established and enforced youth protection policies in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. and the Youth Protection Act to help youths grow into healthy persons.

The Company takes measures to prevent youths under the age of 19 from accessing harmful information without restriction, in accordance with the Review Regulations on Information and Communications of the Korea Media and Communications Standards Commission and the Review Standards for Media Harmful to Youths under the Youth Protection Act.

This Youth Protection Policy (the "Policy") describes the measures taken by the Company to protect youths.

This Policy is subject to change as a result of changes in the laws and guidelines and the Company's policies.

1. Goals and Basic Principles for the Protection of Youths

The Company strives to create a safe environment where youths are protected from harmful environments, and to this end, has established this Policy.

2. Protecting Youths Together with All Users

The Company informs users through its Terms of Use and other relevant notices that inappropriate conduct may lead to restriction on the use of its services and strives to protect all users, including youths, by informing them of relevant measures through notices.

3. Education of Personnel in charge of protecting youths

The Company provides education on laws and regulations related to youth protection, sanctions standards, types of information harmful to youths, monitoring policy, measures to be taken when harmful information is detected, and reporting procedures for handling violations, etc. to personnel in charge of duties related to youth protection.

4. Measures to restrict and manage access by youths to information harmful to youths

The Company applies separate age verification measures to media products harmful to youths and indicates that they are harmful to youths, in order to prevent youths from being exposed to harmful information without any restrictions.

5. Counseling on damage caused by information harmful to youths and handling of grievances

The Company assigns specialists for counseling and grievance handling regarding damage caused by information harmful to youths, in order to prevent such damage from spreading.

6. Designation of Youth Protection Officer and Youth Protection Manager

The Company has designated a Youth Protection Officer and Youth Protection Manager to perform youth protection obligations, including blocking and managing information harmful to youths and establishing policies to protect youths from information harmful to youths.

The Company makes its best efforts to ensure that youths can safely use good information.
