DSA Transparency Information

Average Monthly Active Recipients of Service

Temu entered into the European Union (“EU”) market in April 2023. Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act (the “DSA”), we estimate that the average monthly active recipients of Temu’s services in the EU was approximately 130 million, for the six months ended 31 December 2025.

This calculation has been prepared for the purpose of complying with our obligations under the DSA and should not be relied upon for any other purpose. User metrics shared in other contexts may differ in methodology and scope. In addition, our approach to this calculation may evolve and may require adjustments over time, for example as Temu refines its methodology or in response to updated guidance or methodologies published by the European Commission.

We will continue to monitor the average monthly active recipients of Temu’s services in the EU and will publish updated information at least every six months in accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA.

Point of Contact for the European Commission, the European Board and Member State Authorities

We have designated a single point of contact for the European Commission, competent authorities of EU Member States, the European Board for Digital Services (the “European Board”), and certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies for the purposes of the DSA.

If you are the European Commission, an EU Member State authority, the European Board, or a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, you may contact us at legal@eur.temu.com. Communications to this email address are preferably made in English.

Point of Contact for Users

We have also designated a dedicated point of contact for users for the purposes of the DSA.

If you are a user, you can contact us at DSA-point-of-contact-users@eur.temu.com. Alternatively, you may click customer service to chat directly with a customer service representative.

Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement

If you disagree with a decision made by Temu, including those regarding service restrictions, account suspensions, or decisions related to a notice submitted under Article 16 of the DSA, or complaints that have not been resolved by means of the internal complaint-handling system, you may seek resolution through the appeal link provided in the notification of decision sent to you by Temu, or through a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the DSA.

For a list of certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies published by the European Commission, please click here. Please note that the decision adopted by the out-of-court dispute settlement body is not binding.

Trusted Flaggers

Trusted Flaggers are organizations designated by the competent authorities of EU Member States under the DSA. Trusted Flaggers can use “Report this Item”, “Report this Review” and “Report this Ad” features available on product listing pages, as well as the “Intellectual Property Infringement Report Portal” on Temu, to submit notices concerning illegal or non-compliant content. Notices submitted by Trusted Flaggers will be prioritized for review and processed without undue delay.
