  • Live animals, animal products, and products that encourage, promote or facilitate animal cruelty

  • Plants, seeds and products from plants or seeds that are incompatible with applicable laws

  • Human body parts, remains, and mortuary products

  • Tobacco and products containing tobacco

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Gambling and lottery products

  • Sexual services

  • Listings or products containing pornography content

  • Listings or products promoting non-consensual or paid sex acts or other illegal sexual themes

  • Listings or products containing any underage sexual content, such as child sexual abuse or exploitation, lolita or teen-themed pornography, underage dating, and pedophilia

  • Listings or products containing violent, terroristic, hateful, illegal, offensive or otherwise controversial materials or content

  • Listings or products promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other protected class

  • Listings or products promoting self-harm

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons and controlled devices

  • Hazardous materials, such as fireworks, flammable chemicals, radioactive materials, radiation devices, toxic or hazardous chemicals, ozone-depleting substance, persistent organic pollutants, and other materials that may pose health, physical or environmental hazards and are prohibited

  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or products or services specifically offered or intended to be used to create, produce or grow drugs or drug ingredients

  • Products for military, police and other government agencies

  • Government papers and documents

  • Logos, seals, insignias, credentials, ID cards, badges, trade dress, or branding of accredited agencies or organizations

  • Counterfeit products

  • Products infringing on other’s valid and enforceable intellectual property rights

  • Unlicensed media

  • Privacy and technology violations

  • Misleading listings

  • False advertising

  • Virtual/digital goods, intangible items, or services

  • Cash, cash equivalents, gift cards and coupons

  • Counterfeit currency

  • Products that support illegal activities, such as locksmithing tools, illegal surveillance equipment, hacking equipment

  • Products that require a prescription or supervision or direction from a healthcare professional

  • Products with ultrasound technology intended for wrinkle removal and/or body contouring

  • Dangerous and unsafe items

  • Recalled items

  • Products prohibited by applicable laws, nationwide or regional

  • Products that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding product safety, product documentation or certification, labeling, marketing and other requirements
