Click "Print" to print the label and tape the return label on the outside of your return package. Simply mail out the package at your nearest USPS or UPS! The first return for EVERY order is free! Any item(s) in their original condition are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. To avoid additional shipping costs and minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns, we suggest that you select the items you wish to return together. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.
If your order is eligible for Temu Purchase Protection Program, you'll be refunded for your item(s). You may choose to receive the refund to your Temu credit or your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is done.
