Why was my cancellation request denied?

Your cancellation request may be denied for the following reasons:

The seller confirmed that the items you requested to cancel have already been packed or shipped. In some cases, the seller may not have uploaded the tracking number promptly, which would allow you to submit a cancellation request, but the final outcome depends on the actual shipping status.

Additionally, once pre-order items enter the shipping preparation stage, cancellation requests cannot be approved and will be denied by the seller.

If your cancellation request is denied, you can still make a return or refund request after receiving the items.
