What happens if there is an issue with the reshipment, such as an out-of-stock item or lost package?
We will reship that item, which will be exactly the same as the original item. If the reshipped item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the item instead.
If the reshipped package is lost during transit and is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will verify the situation and decide whether to send another reshipment or issue a refund.
