A reshipment request is usually reviewed within 1-3 business days, but there may be slight delays during peak periods (such as major sales events).
Once approved, the reshipment will usually be reshipped within 1-3 days. The reshipment will be sent using the same or equivalent shipping service as the original order. Please note that it is not possible to choose a different courier or request expedited shipping.
By default, the reshipment will be shipped to the original delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact customer service before the order is shipped. Whether the address can be updated will be decided based on the actual situation.
Once the reshipment has been shipped, a new tracking number will be generated. You can check the Order Center, your emails, or app notifications to find out the shipping status.
