Is there a charge for the reshipment? How is the invoice handled?

1. Cost of shipping and items

If your reshipment request meets the necessary conditions, the reshipment will be completely free and there will be no additional charge for the items or shipping. Temu will not charge you again, and the original order's discounts or promotions will not be affected.

2. Invoice or receipt for the reshipped items

A new invoice will not normally be issued for a reshipment. If you require an invoice or receipt for the reshipment, please contact customer service for assistance.
