How to get help with a purchased item

If you need help with an item you purchased, please contact the seller directly:
1. Sign in to your Temu app or and go to your account page. On the Temu app, click the user avatar at the bottom of your screen. On, click your username in the top right corner.
2. Go to 'Your orders.'
3. Go to the specific order to open the order details, and click the seller's name below the item you need help with. This will open a chat message with the seller that is directly linked to the items you purchased.
4. You can click 'Send' next to the item(s) you want to ask questions about or feel free to type into the chat box directly. The seller will be notified of your new message and will be able to start a conversation with you.

From here, you can also click on the item in the chat to request a return, repurchase the same item, or get other help from Temu.
