You may track your refund through any of the following ways:
1. Temu App or Temu.com Order Page - go to 'Your orders' and click to view your order details. Scroll down to the refunded item and click 'Details'. You can then check your refund status and refund method for each refunded item.
2. Temu App or Temu.com Messages - go to your account 'Messages' and click your refund message notification to view your refund details.
3. If you enabled text or email notifications for your order, you can click on the links there to track your refund status as well.
If you chose your original payment method for your refund, please allow 5-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Timing varies depending on your financial institution and can take up to 30 days. If you choose to receive your refund as Temu credit, you will receive your refund within 3 minutes.
