Why was I charged twice?
You can check your order details for more information as it could be due to one-click pay or repeat purchases. It's possible that the order was accidentally submitted twice, but don't worry, Temu only charges once per order.
The other transaction(s) may be a pending bank authorization and won't be fully charged. Please check if the charges are pending.
If you see a pending charge on your statement after your payment failed or the order was canceled, it's because there is an authorization hold on your account that is in the process of being reversed.
