What is Temu Credit?

Temu Credits are shopping credits that can be used to pay for orders on the Temu app or Temu.com. There are multiple ways that you can receive Temu Credit that include, but are not limited to:
- Rewards for participating in our themed activities and promotional events
- Credits as part of our late delivery policy
- Refund payments when you choose Temu Credit to receive your refund within 3 minutes instead of receiving it back to your original payment method.
