How to connect a guest order to a Temu account

To connect a guest order to a Temu account, please follow the steps below:
1. Check your email inbox to retrieve your order confirmation email from temu@order.temu.com. If you can't find the email in your main inbox, please ensure that you are using the right email that you checked out with and double check your spam, archive, and trash inboxes in case it was accidentally filtered out.
2. Once you find your order confirmation email, you will be able to click on a 'Save your order' button that will allow you to start creating your Temu account with the email address that's linked to your exact order.
3. Follow the instructions on your screen to create your new Temu account.
