How can I request a price adjustment?

Temu will provide the price difference, based on the price and currency type of the paid order, if the selling price of the same item (of the same size, color, etc., from the same seller) was reduced within 30 days of payment in the same country or region. Follow these steps to claim the price difference:

1. Go to 'Your orders'

2. Select the eligible order.

3. Click 'Price adjustment' in the order details.
