How to report intellectual property infringement?

To report intellectual property rights infringements, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement:

- if you are the rights holder, please submit your report through the IP Portal along with the proof of rights, information of right holders and preliminary evidence of infringement.

- if you are not the rights holder, please click the "Report this item" button on the product detail page, choose "Copyright and trademark" as the report type, and select "Counterfeit item" as the report reason.
