Why did I not get a "Draw for 100% credit back" after placing an order?
You must place an order from the activity page within the specified time period. If the activity is still ongoing, we recommend that you return to the activity page to place your order for the opportunity to receive Temu credits back.
If you have already placed an order, return to the activity page within 7 consecutive days in accordance with instructions for the opportunity to receive Temu credits back. Once you have claimed your Temu credits, you will be able to check balance details by going to "Temu Credit balance".
