How to return or exchange an item on Temu

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return of the existing order. Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 90 days from the purchase date. The few exceptions are for:

I. Items that can't be returned:

- Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed.

- Grocery and food products.

- Health and personal care items.

- Some free gifts.

- Some customized products.

- Some underwear orders.

II. The return window for products of most electronics is 45, 60 or 90 days from the date of purchase depending on the seller.

Returns of Apple or Samsung Products:

If you wish to return any Apple or Samsung products, including without limitations, smartphones, tablet computers and chargers, you purchased on Temu during the Voluntary Return Window(https://www.temu.com/return-and-refund-policy.html ), without prejudice to your Statutory Right of Withdrawal(https://www.temu.com/return-and-refund-policy.html ), you may get a full refund on the condition that the device is returned in the same condition in which you received it, which means it must be returned new, unused, and unactivated with all original accessories and product packaging.

If the returned device is used or indicating signs of usage, damaged, or missing parts/accessories directly attributable to you, the refund will be reduced baed on quality inspection by an amount up to the purchase price to compensate for the lost value.

The returned device must match the serial number of the original order, if applicable. Mismatching serial numbers will result in denial of refund request.

Note: Please make sure all personal information is completely deleted from the device before returning.
