Why do you deduct from my bank card instead of Temu credit?

Don't worry. Please confirm whether your order amount exceeds the Temu credit balance. Every time you pay, credit will be used automatically. You can check whether the credit is used at the bottom of the checkout page. If you have already paid, you can also find the credit deduction amount on the payment details page of the order.

If you find that there is no credit deduction when you pay, you can check whether your credit balance is sufficient.
