Comes in a envelope. Surprised they were squished. Nice and thick bottles. As advertised. Only difficulty was priming the pump. I couldn't turn it or get it to pump. Hubby had to figure it out. I love them alot though. My shower shelf isn't big enough for three though. Very nice quality. I think I will look for some shower racks/shelves for my other 2 guest bathrooms upstairs so I can switch from the store bought bottles to these. I really like them that much. Would definitely recommend and purchase again. Very happy with my purchase. 👌
