How is the original shipping fee (if applicable) refunded if I return order items?

You can return items either under your Statutory Right of Withdrawal or under the Voluntary Return Policy, subject to the conditions set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

If you exercise your Statutory Right of Withdrawal, the original shipping fee (if applicable) for the standard delivery method is fully refundable for a full order return, or proportionally refundable based on the returned items for a partial order return. However, any additional costs that may arise due to your selection of an expedited delivery method other than the standard delivery method will not be refunded.

If you return items under the Voluntary Return Policy, the original shipping and delivery costs from your initial purchase are not refundable under this policy. This rule does not affect your statutory rights.
