What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery, or COD, is a payment method supported by sellers that allows you to pay for the items you have ordered when they are delivered.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Method Not Available

In some instances, Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available as a payment method. The following are possible reasons for why COD is not an option at checkout:

1. The order total exceeds the COD threshold

In some cases, the COD payment option is unavailable when the total of your order is more than the maximum threshold. Having a large amount of cash increases the risk of theft, loss, and miscalculation for both buyers and couriers. To minimize this risk, COD is not available for orders with high totals. You may use other payment methods such as Paypal or credit cards to pay for your order.

2. You are not in the COD area

Currently, only some countries in the Middle East can use COD as a payment method. More countries will be added soon. In the meantime, please use other payment methods to place an order.

3. For security reasons

You may not be able to use the COD payment method if there are security risks. Please make sure you always sign for your packages and complete payments on time.

4. SMS verification failed

When preparing your COD order, we may need you to verify the phone number you used. If the verification fails, it is recommended that you try again or use a different phone number. You can also place an order using other payment methods.

What is the COD fee?

The COD fee refers to the fee you will be charged when you use the Cash on Delivery payment method. This fee is non-refundable.
