I ordered many items at the same time. Why can I only see some of them in my order?
Your order may have been split into multiple shipments if there were different sellers or shipping methods. As a result, you may be only looking at the items in one of your orders.
We recommend that you go to the 'Order details' page to view all related orders and submit separate cancellation requests for the orders you wish to cancel.
