File a Return

Select the item(s) you would like to return on “Your orders” page and click the "Return/Refund" button. Please share your reason for return to help us serve you better next time! Select the return method and click “Submit”.

Awaiting pick-up

Please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, then wait for the courier to pick-up the parcel.
The first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order is free! The return window for most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items can be returned within the return window in their original condition for a full refund. Please send the package within 14 days after you submit your return.

Get Refunded

If your order is eligible for Temu Purchase Protection Program, you'll be refunded for your item(s). You may choose to receive the refund to your Temu credit or your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is done.
